About Me

Who am I?
My name is George Tran. For more information about me, Google “George Tran” or watch a recent TV interview about me. I am an internet marketer, and I am the founder of 1Shoppingcart.com (one of the largest e-commerce providers in the world).

See Part 2, and Part 3.

I am currently launching another venture to help non-profit organizations, seminar/guru businesses, and schools create social networks so their members can connect with each other. For more information, go to http://www.i360connect.com.

My wife and I bought this house in 2005 for $250,000. We had a bad renter who absolutely trashed the place and did not pay rent for 6 months.  It cost me another $40,000 to repair the place. After that, we had another renter move in. Unfortunately, he decided to move out and we would like to sell it as soon as possible and focus on launching our new business at i360connect.com. Instead of only leaving it with a real estate agent and hope it sells quickly, we decided to do something different.

Since you will likely want to dig up everything about me to see if this is real or not, I’m going to be 100% transparent to you.

My first company I started was a free shopping cart service called GTA-Technologies Inc.  I got embezzled and had to close it down in 1999.

My second company was 1Shoppingcart.com, which I started after GTA.  It’s now one of the biggest e-commerce providers in the world.

My third venture was to help non-profit organizations get off the fund raising treadmill.  It’s called DingoDaddy.com – it’s a craigslist clone, but when you pay a listing fee…half the money goes to a non-profit organization of your choice.  It was underfunded so it now sits idle.

My current venture is i360Connect.com.  It’s a company that helps non-profit organizations, clubs, associations to easily provide their members with a private social network combined with a membership model to raise money and collect dues from its members.

    Hello George,

I think it was a great and very generous idea to donate your house to a worthy recipient. The fact that a governmental agency stepped in and prohibited you from doing so is a shame. I’m sure that a property tansfer in which all taxes and fees were paid to all the powers that be could have been arranged and would have been a much better result thatn it sitting stagnant on the market or even being abandoned or defaulted on and becoming part of the very housing foreclosure mess/crisis that we are all trying to avoid!

We have many properties available for purchase the very well qualified buyers and investors are trying to purchase and are unable to for no other reason than banking and governmental red tape.

Until we convince the banks and governmental and quai-governmental agencies that the only way out of this depression that we are facing is to find ways to say YES to DOING BUSINESS!

I applaud your efforts and hope that we can convince Washington, the States, and Banks that saying YES to business is a great way to revitalize our economy!

I hope I save your LIFE!
I feel the need to advise you & all humanity not to buy a product! If you heed my advice your life may-be saved! My advice is NEVER to buy a RIO!
On December 8th, 2003 I was driving a RIO, had a head-on collision, the air-bag & seat-belt didn’t function. I was immediately in a 2&1/2 month comma, when I woke up I was told I HAD 2 BROKEN FEAMERS, 2 SHATTERED KNEECAPS,A BROKEN FOOT AND A TBI (Traumatic Brain Injury). I am the father of 4 wonderful young-ones, the two boys are 7 & 12, the two girls are ages 11 & 9 There mother says I died in the accident and we finalized our divorce settlement on Nov. 18 2008.(because I guess I’m “not the man she married” )
I feel If I had not been so trusting of the false advertising that the RIO had “A 5-Star-Crash-test-Rating” I would not buy such a poorly designed Car!
I think that GOD may have saved my life so I could be blessed to tell people & save lifes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
