Who am I?
My name is George Tran. For more information about me, Google “George Tran” or watch a recent TV interview about me. I am an internet marketer, and I am the founder of 1Shoppingcart.com (one of the largest e-commerce providers in the world).
I am currently launching another venture to help non-profit organizations, seminar/guru businesses, and schools create social networks so their members can connect with each other. For more information, go to http://www.i360connect.com.
My wife and I bought this house in 2005 for $250,000. We had a bad renter who absolutely trashed the place and did not pay rent for 6 months. It cost me another $40,000 to repair the place. After that, we had another renter move in. Unfortunately, he decided to move out and we would like to sell it as soon as possible and focus on launching our new business at i360connect.com. Instead of only leaving it with a real estate agent and hope it sells quickly, we decided to do something different.
Since you will likely want to dig up everything about me to see if this is real or not, I’m going to be 100% transparent to you.

My first company I started was a free shopping cart service called GTA-Technologies Inc. I got embezzled and had to close it down in 1999.
My second company was 1Shoppingcart.com, which I started after GTA. It’s now one of the biggest e-commerce providers in the world.
My third venture was to help non-profit organizations get off the fund raising treadmill. It’s called DingoDaddy.com – it’s a craigslist clone, but when you pay a listing fee…half the money goes to a non-profit organization of your choice. It was underfunded so it now sits idle.
My current venture is i360Connect.com. It’s a company that helps non-profit organizations, clubs, associations to easily provide their members with a private social network combined with a membership model to raise money and collect dues from its members.
